What a GREAT sales experience we had with our Salesman, Peter Arguuo. He listened to what we wanted and showed us several F250 until we found the perfect one. Never pushy and very knowledgeable of the bells & whistles that each vehicle had to offer. I must say that the experience that we had was WAY better than the last, which was just after the dealership changed to Shottenkirk, which drove us to Chevrolet. With the desire to return to Ford, we gave them another shot. The dealership now has an inviting atmosphere; every employee we ran into spoke and ask if there was anything we needed. We even had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Brian & General Manager Misty. They spoke with every customer in the dealership at that time. We shared our previous experience with Misty and she was adamant that the dealership is dedicated to producing an overall pleasant experience for the customer from the sale to the service. We are looking forward to that, and I will be posting as the experience progresses.
