I recently brought my Ford F-150 into the dealership for service and overall I had a good experience. The service team was professional and took the time to listen to the issue I was having before getting started. They explained what they were checking and kept me updated during the process, which I appreciated because it made the whole visit feel transparent. The repair and inspection were handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff made sure everything was working properly before returning the truck to me. It’s clear the technicians are familiar with these vehicles and know what they’re doing. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were courteous throughout the visit. They quickly got a ride home for me and dropped my vehicle off at my house. Customer service can make a big difference when dealing with vehicle issues, and the team here did a good job making the process smooth and straightforward. Overall, I was satisfied with the service I received and would consider coming back here for future maintenance.

Matt had no idea I was bringing my vehicle in. Didn’t ask too many questions, never lost his composure, even though he was already busy when I arrived, told me he would knock it out for me and had me in and out in an unbelievable time. If you need anything done to any type of vehicle, come see Matt!

They are awesome. They came and picked up my car and gave me a bad ass Ford explorer. I praise Tyler, Kristen for keeping up the progress of my 2020 Escape. I’m going to be in the market for another vehicle. However not a ford. I’m going for a 4 door jeep hardtop. Probably used but no more than 50.000 miles loaded. Thanks Rosanne

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the service person and was directed to the waiting area. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour, and it was overall great experience. People were very kind.

Our sales person was super and the finance person was PHENOMENAL! From my initial call for help which the manager handled so kindly given how messed up my particular situation was. He made me feel at ease and reassured me they could help, to the very attentive and gracious sales person we were fortunate enough to have who was also BEYOND patient with us to make sure we picked out the perfect car for us to the extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably caring finance person we had the pleasure of dealing with, our experience was exceptional! Their team truly made us feel at ease and made purchasing a vehicle so incredibly easy and more importantly we felt we were much more than just another car being sold, we genuinely felt the earnest caring of each of these incredible men. Thank you all so much for taking care of me and my daughter. She is over the moon with her new car and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely urge any one looking for a non pressure dealership with staff who genuinely care about what you want and what best fits your family to visit Shottenkirk Ford first!
