Everyone in The Shottenkirk Service Department was very friendly when I dropped off and picked up my Explorer for recall work. Also, when I dropped it off, I was so embarrassed because my car was filthy inside and out. When I picked it up, they had washed, vacuumed and detailed the interior. Thank you!! Above and beyond!!

I needed an oil change, I pulled in without an appointment. The service advisor met me, took my truck right in and completed the service in 20 minutes! Great service department, always friendly and professional.

Met Carson the salesman. We found a truck I like and started negotiating. Kinda rough at first this is why communication is key and understanding is paramount. He and the staff made sure they gave me a price that was agreed on and the rest was easy. Although I did not pick the truck up a wek later it was worth the wait. The process was easy and no punches were pulled. (WISIWIG) what I saw on paper is what i got. The only regret is that we didnt have a whole lot of time to go over the features on the vehicle. All in all he was great and I highly recommend him as YOUR next salesman.
