Running board motor went out late afternoon. I got to the shop just before 6 pm. Only one service rep was still there but another walked by on the way out the door. He stopped and said he could get me checked in. He took my info and set me up for an appointment to get evaluated the next morning. They quickly determined I needed two new motors and gave me the price. Paid for parts to be ordered and set up valet service for the next day. They picked up the truck on time, fixed it and brought it back that afternoon. All with a great attitude. Excellent first time experience.
