Recently moved to Granbury, Texas and made sense to get my vehicle serviced at Shottenkirk Ford. Made an appointment online and showed up to a friendly reception. Tyler took care of me from the time I arrived to the time I left, which didn’t take long for the oil change. Shottenkirk Ford for the win and will certainly have my business as long as I live here.

After a bit of a bumpy start, I can genuinely say I was won over and ultimately most pleased with my buying experience! This was my first truck deal from searching to financing. The initial salesman sent me the wrong truck info (things happen, no big deal) and after a few phone calls, finally got on the right track. I then spent 2 days trying to get information requested on why I was being charged $450 more than necessary concerning title work (I work for a bank so easily spotted). I was getting frustrated to say the least. Turns out, my initial salesman quit. Denise realized I was messaging an empty station and saved the day. She jumped in and explained, answered all my questions, addressed the overcharge with finance who got it corrected, and got me with a new sales rep, Miranda. I live 2 hours away and drove to see my truck. We go for the test drive, every light on the dash is on and there was a heavy vibration at 70. My husband was tech for 13 years at a Chevy dealership… he misses nothing lol 😬😂 Needless to say, we weren’t pleased, especially after driving all that way and they knew we were coming. Brian and Miranda were both mortified as it hadn’t been lit up like a Christmas tree the prior day and didn’t understand why the tires were also an issue if it had just left service. Given the hour we arrived, service was closed. They both assured me all would be fixed, service would get an earful, and even offered to deliver the truck for us. We declined and made plans to drive back. They then offered to fill our truck for the troubles. We returned 2 days later to find everything corrected- new battery in place, tires rotated, and truck gleaming. Everyone I had spoken to throughout the process came to shake my hand and say good morning when we came in to sign. All smiles and kind words. Coffee? Water? Whatever they could do to make us comfortable. Although it started a little rough, everything was fixed and I was genuinely impressed with how they went above and beyond to make it right (and hold the keys hostage so I could come back for her and someone else didn’t sell her hehe). Denise, Miranda, Mike, Brian, and TJ saved this deal for me and came through for me when I needed them most! I absolutely recommend this team and this dealership! Thanks again yall!

Just purchased a used Toyota Tundra from Shottenkirk Ford. Overall, I am very happy with the dealership and with my purchase. The price is right! Not over priced at all. As with any dealership, they are salesman. And after a little back and forth we were able to get very close to what I wanted for my trade. My next purchase will more than likely be through them though. And I’ll give our salesman, Peter, another go for sure!
