The Team at Shottenkirk went above & beyond in order to get me in an F150. I was up against a time crunch, but they helped me get the deal done! Beau was my Sales representative and took extra pictures for me & made me feel good about buying the truck without being there in person. Mike explained the financial part and fought to get me the price I needed. Great Team in Granbury!

I originally purchased my 2023 Ford F-150 from Shottenkirk when my old 2002 GMC Sierra was falling apart. At that time, my bride told me, “would you please just buy the truck you like the most since you’ll probably drive it the next 20 years too!” Uhh…yes ma’am! That’s WHY I bought my truck initially. Why I will most likely buy from Shottenkirk Ford AGAIN is because of Tyler Duncan (Service Advisor). This guy just knows how to serve his customers! I feel important each time I stop in. I live a “full” life, and Tyler notices that and keeps me updated throughout my truck being serviced. As a local business owner, I know how the little things are important and that service goes a long way! Great work, Tyler!

Salesmen Beau and Carson helped us out and were very nice and professional. Carson helped locate the exact vehicle we wanted, coordinated a test drive, and expedited the certified service for me. Beau did the sale and worked with our budget and was able to get our payments as low as possible. Mike in finance is a really great guy and worked to get us the lowest rate possible for our loan. Even the new manger Brian came out while we were doing the deal and talked to us. There were about 2k in "extras" tacked on to the asking price for the truck. It was $895 for their "premium plus" coverage and $995 I believe because it went through the Ford certified service. These were things that would not be taken off the sale but we're not hidden. They were fully explained. Overall, I am very pleased.

Bought my 2020 Ford Expedition here, brand new, in December 2020; great experience! It has only been serviced at the Shottenkirk Ford Granbury Service Center (oil changes, filter changes, new tires). There has never been an issue. Everyone is so nice. During the last oil change/tire rotation service, my vehicle was damaged when they took it through for the complimentary car wash. I mean damaged! Huge hole on the front passenger quarter panel. But before Tyler came to tell me the heartbreaking news, they had a plan and everyone was so kind, and apologetic. Accidents happen. While it did take little a longer than expected due to delays in shipping of parts, Eric kept in touch and all worked out just fine. I will continue to trust my vehicle with the Shottenkirk Ford Granbury Service Center.

The service department was professional, friendly, and were great to work with when my truck needed warranty service. My advisor was considerate of my time and offered to shuttle me to Weatherford to pick my kids up from school, but ultimately released my truck to me so that I could be on my way even though the issue wasn't fixed. As promised, when he had a loaner vehicle available, he reserved it for me and called me about 2 weeks later to get my truck back in and fixed. They ended up having it for 2 weeks due to some deep issue with the Sync system that required extensive testing and a part needing to be ordered, but because of having a loaner vehicle, I was able to manage my family's life and needs. Will definitely return for future service needs.

Went in for oil change and 10,000 mile maintenance check. Set up appointment, was in/out 30 minutes.

I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appointment and was created promptly and courteous by the service advisor. Went for an oil change and two warranty/ recall items. One warranty item was addressed and the other is waiting in a programming fix from Ford. Appointment lasted under an hr.

Came in for a battery checkup and recalls In my 2022 Maverick. lT Ecoboost. Matthew, service advisor, was thorough, accommodating, as well as the entire service department crew! Took care of everything in 24 hours plus valet service!
