They always take care of me. I was an early customer and I had no waiting to get my truck in and they were ready for me right on time. The customer rep was friendly and we discussed everything I needed. The service was about 30 minutes longer than expected, but overall I had little to complain about.

We travel full-time in a fifth-wheel RV and pull it with a Ford F-450. I needed some warranty work done and were close to Grandbury for a couple of weeks. I stopped into Shottenkirk Ford to see if I could get any work done last minute. The Service Advisor I met was named Tyler. What a great guy! He was so helpful and understanding. He was able to work with me and the warranty people to get my truck fixed in the amount of time I had available. While I may not return due to not living in the area, I would highly recommend this dealership. If you’re needing service, ask for Tyler!

I highly recommend talking with Carson if you’re looking to buy. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I eventually bought somewhere else, but this would be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car.
