Best experience I’ve had in a long time. The manager and sales staff made us feel welcome & they worked with us to get me into a brand new 2025 F150 truck. The salesman & other staff even took off my grill from old truck and helped me get it loaded in my new truck with their own tools. Carson or Charles is the salesman to ask for. Full scale service top to bottom. We have had serious issues with shottenkirk Toyota, but shottenkirk Ford is where you need to go to find your next truck or trade in. Thanks guys.

We travel full-time in a fifth-wheel RV and pull it with a Ford F-450. I needed some warranty work done and were close to Grandbury for a couple of weeks. I stopped into Shottenkirk Ford to see if I could get any work done last minute. The Service Advisor I met was named Tyler. What a great guy! He was so helpful and understanding. He was able to work with me and the warranty people to get my truck fixed in the amount of time I had available. While I may not return due to not living in the area, I would highly recommend this dealership. If you’re needing service, ask for Tyler!
